In 1949, while composing Or et Noir, Michel Morsetti, bewitched by the multiple shades of the rose, explored another facet of the queen of flowers which this time gave the composition its name. Rose evokes the delicacy of a button picked at dawn, the scent of wild roses. To restore this pure, almost ethereal note, it took nearly thirty different natural essences, selected from among the most sought after and the most expensive.
