Created by Houbigant Paris, it was launched in 1912, the Year of the Arts. The bottle was redesigned by the artist Enrico Donati, a surrealist painter and sculptor who was also married to the last direct descendant of the Houbigant family.
The iconic silhouette was retained for the diffuser design, then reinterpreted on a more generous scale. A tribute to the timeless appeal of this form, now expressed with elegance and presence, it integrates harmoniously into any space. The diffusers are crafted from finely sculpted glass and lacquered white for a ceramic-like finish, adorned with an elegant embossed gold detail that enhances its iconic silhouette. Each diffuser is presented full in its box with a box of six natural rattan fiber reeds, ensuring a continuous and sophisticated fragrance diffusion.
