application tips:
Apply the metallic tip by light pressure on the contour of the eye for a decongestant cold effect. Then apply Phyto-Cernes Eclat using the brush or by tapping with the fingertips, from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Can also be used as a concealer. Clean the brush regularly with soap and water. Allow to air dry.
