CREATION
Un Jardin sur le Toit eau de toilette tells the story of a hidden garden, nestled in the heart of the city, in Paris. A square of nature sheltered by the roof of the Hermès house, at 24, rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré. Created by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena in 2011, this perfume pays homage to this garden of pleasure and celebration.
OLFACTORY NOTES
Fruity and vegetal, Un Jardin sur le Toit eau de toilette brings crisp apple tree into the Parisian air alongside notes of juicy pear tree.
THE OBJECT
Designed by Fred Rawyler, the bottle is inspired by the lines of the lanterns of yesteryear's cars. The glass of the bottle comes alive with a biting green, lively and luminous. Member of the Hermès family, Philippe Dumas signs the illustration of this garden represented on the box with a breathtaking view of the city.
ETHICS
The bottle is filled using the 200 ml eau de toilette refill. A responsible gesture, inseparable from an object created to last.
THE PARFUMS-JARDINS COLLECTION
The Parfums-Jardins collection marks the meeting between the soul of a place, the inspiration of the perfumer and the theme that the house of Hermès chooses each year to illuminate its creation. An olfactory walk to share for every moment, for a desire for freshness, daydreaming and escape. “A festive garden, a garden that does as it pleases, watered with light. » Jean-Claude Ellena
A Garden on the Roof is a lively and spicy short story. This perfume tells of a secret garden, nestled in the heart of the city, in Paris. A hanging garden, perched on the roof of the Maison Hermès building, at 24 Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
